Patrick Michaels, Chairman, has successfully developed Asty Capital's corporate finance activities until 2009 and has set-up the structured product business during that time. Thereafter he was asked to become Managing Director of Precious Capital AG and Co-Manager of Precious Capital's Global Mining Fund until the sale of the fund in 2014. Patrick Michaels is a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM/VSV). He has a background in law and economics and did his training in the areas of private banking and investment research at UBS in Zurich. Additionally, he attended postgraduate courses at the Colorado School of Mines in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Jochen Hadermann held various key positions at Verwaltungs- und Privat-Bank AG, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, where he served during the last years of his tenure until 1992 as a Managing Director. From 1993 until 2003 he was CEO of Centrum Bank AG in Vaduz. Dr. Jochen Hadermann was a member of the Board of the Financial Market Authority in Liechtenstein (FMA) until 2010.

Peter von Elten was from 1995 until 2002 General Manager of Schroder & Co. Bank AG in Zurich and Geneva. Prior to that Peter von Elten held various key positions at JP Morgan & Co. including the Chair of the Management Committee for Switzerland and Germany and as Head of the European Private Banking division and Head of Global Credit for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
